Stress and anxiety are very commonly found in people these days, they don’t even realize what they are dealing with and they just get unhealthy with growing time.

WHAT IS STRESS?

Many people often don’t even realize that stress is breaking through in their daily lives and making them slow with their productivity. This happens because a lot of us don’t even know what stress is and how it indulges in our daily routine. Talking biologically stress or anxiety is a reaction caused in the body due to mental pressure caused by excessive work, unhealthy food habits, irregular sleeping time, unhappy events in life, and many more overlooked little things. NOW HOW GETTING UP EARLY HELPS?

  • Waking up early helps us getting into a good sleeping routine as when we wake up early, by the right time in the night we start feeling sleepy and go to bed early, which helps us getting proper time for relaxing and that makes us wake up with fresh and productive mind, now in this way a fresh, relaxed mind is less stressful and helps us be more concentrated towards dealing with all the pressure coming in our way throughout the day.
  • When we wake up early, we get plenty of time to have a relaxed morning with less noise around which helps our mind get peace and positive thoughts for our betterment. Positive thoughts and optimistic thinking help a person get rid of anxiety issues and make them a lot calmer and wise in taking decisions throughout the day either at work or in personal life.
  • Waking up early not only helps us seek peace but it also gives us time to have breakfast in time and not run late for work. Having breakfast on time is a very important role to play throughout the day and also for our health, as having dinner as our last meal of the day the breakfast is done after a long-time gap unlike any other meals of the day. Skipping breakfast is very unhealthy for our digestion which is directly related to our mood for the whole day. Then also we eat unhealthy food at work places and end up with bad digestion. Anyone having bad digestion or having complaints of acidity tends to have a very bad mood and behaviour throughout the day which results in stress all day long. So, rising early gives us relaxation from these types of stomach issues as well.
  • Also waking up early gives us plenty of time to have our daily exercises or any kind of physical activity that results in a healthy body and fresh mind. Many studies show that people who work out in the morning are healthier by mind and body than people who do it in the evening or don’t even do any physical activity. Working-out in the morning helps us stay fit and more productive towards the day it also helps us sleep better which again helps us eliminate stress and anxiety and makes our mind relaxed and optimistic.

CONCLUSION- That’s how waking up early makes us deal not only with stress and anxiety but many other mental and physical issues that have made our lives unhealthy, less productive, and is taking us towards depression. We need to understand that overlooking little mistakes in our daily lives can lead to serious mental and physical issues. Waking up early not only makes us mentally but helps us be physically fit as well. Having a pre-planned day results in less clumsiness and eliminates stress from our lives.“STRESS-FREE LIVES MAKES US HEALTHY, WEALTHY AND WISE “
